Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Nulink International Inc., a Texas corporation doing business as Storeoptic ("Storeoptic", "we", "us"), and govern your use of Storeoptic at storeoptic.com. By using Storeoptic you agree to them. Questions: hello@storeoptic.com.

The service

Storeoptic reads publicly available pages of a website and produces an automated conversion checkup using a fixed rubric, Google Lighthouse data and AI analysis. Reports are recommendations, not guarantees. AI can make mistakes; review suggestions before you change your store.

Acceptable use

• Only submit stores you own, manage, or have a legitimate reason to review.
• Don't attempt to overload, scrape, reverse-engineer or bypass limits of the service.
• Don't use reports or generated copy to make false or misleading claims to customers.

Outreach Agent (Growth plan)

The Outreach Agent finds business contacts, drafts emails and, only after you approve a campaign, sends them through the email-sending account you connect (Instantly). You are the sender of every email and are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you and your recipients, including CAN-SPAM in the US and, where relevant, the GDPR, the UK PECR and Canada's CASL. You agree to:

• Contact businesses at their work addresses only, about a genuine offer relevant to them.
• Keep a real postal address and an easy opt-out in every email, and honour every opt-out promptly.
• Not use the agent to contact investors or promote any securities offering, or for anything deceptive, illegal or harmful.
• Keep your sending volume reasonable and follow your email provider's and Instantly's rules.

The Growth plan renews monthly until you cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Monthly contact allowances don't roll over. We may suspend the agent for accounts that receive spam complaints or break these rules.

My website (Google connection)

On the Growth plan you can connect a Google account to see your Search Console and Google Analytics data and get a monthly to-do list. Connect only accounts and websites you're authorised to access. Access is read-only, and you can disconnect at any time. Suggestions are based on Google's data, which can be delayed or incomplete, and are not a promise of results.

No guaranteed results

We don't promise any increase in sales, conversion rate or revenue. Results depend on your products, traffic and how changes are implemented.

Payments and refunds

The Full Report is a one-time purchase. The Growth plan is a monthly subscription (see above). If it doesn't give you at least three changes worth making, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

Your content

You keep all rights to your store and its content. You may use your report and the copy we generate for your store however you like.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Storeoptic is provided "as is" without warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction. Nothing here removes consumer rights you have under the laws where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
